FOCUS Psychology & Wellness Collective is a Florida-based team of therapists and wellness professionals working with teens and adults on anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relationships, and whole-body wellness. We started the practice around a simple belief: good care should feel human first.
FOCUS Psychology & Wellness Collective was born out of a desire to fix a broken, fragmented mental health system. We saw a world where clients had to navigate their own care between disconnected providers, so we built a model where coordinated, thoughtful care is the standard, not the exception. As an intentional collective, we provide integrative mental health care that treats you as a whole person. We have grown into a living, evolving practice dedicated to the principle that when providers truly collaborate, the client experience becomes seamless and far more impactful.
We want to be supportive of you, but we also want to promote growth and accountability, so we will always be honest with you while still being kind and always rooting for you.
We want therapy to be a space where you can be 100% you and feel open to speak about whatever you need support with. This means we will always strive to respond non-judgmentally and supportively, no matter what you bring to our meetings.
We work from evidence based modalities and we adapt them to fit you. If you ever feel a treatment style isn't working we aim to be flexible and try something else.
We don't ignore where you're coming from. We acknowledge all of you and incorporate that into our work together.
We respect the complexity of your life by maintaining professional boundaries that protect the therapeutic space and your wellbeing.
We follow a strict rule of collaboration; with your permission, your providers talk to one another so you never have to repeat your story to a team that isn't listening.
We're a relational practice at heart. Your therapist is a real person — warmth, humor, and honesty in the room, alongside the training and evidence-based tools you'd expect. We treat sessions as collaborative, not prescriptive.
Every therapist is a little different, but the shape of the work tends to look something like this.
We start with a short call to understand what's going on and what you're looking for.
Based on your consult, we'll recommend a therapist whose training and style fit what you're working on. You pick from there.
We'll explore what brought you in, your history, and what you hope changes.
Most clients meet weekly. Sessions are 50 minutes over secure video or in person by request and dependent on availability. We check in regularly on what's working.
We work with adults throughout the state, from Miami to Jacksonville, Tampa to Tallahassee, Orlando to the Keys.
