Gabrielle Eichler · Mental Health Counselor

Passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again.

As a therapist, I am passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. Whether life feels overwhelming, your thoughts won't quiet down, or you're just feeling stuck, I'm here to help you navigate those challenges and find tools that actually work for you. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD (including taboo OCD), ADHD, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also am passionate about working with fellow artists and creatives as I am a musician and know the unique challenges in it.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other practical, evidence-based approaches to help shift unhelpful patterns and build skills that empower you to face life's challenges. Every client is different, so your therapy will be tailored to fit your needs and goals. With OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to challenge symptoms. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which helps individuals to process and resolve distressing memories and trauma. EMDR is shown to be helpful in treating OCD, depression, and anxiety disorders as well.

I know how tough and lonely it can feel when you're battling your own mind. You don't have to do it alone. Therapy is a chance to have someone in your corner who gets it—someone who can help you navigate the hard stuff and work toward a life that feels lighter, calmer, and more fulfilling. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd love to work with you.

Elizabeth “Elle” Damian, M.S. · Relational Therapist

You do not have to filter yourself here.

I am Elizabeth “Elle” Damian, a relational therapist who helps anxious, high-functioning adults untangle difficult relationships, shaky boundaries, and the kind of overthinking that never seems to turn off. Many of my clients are navigating dynamics that feel confusing, overwhelming, or unsafe — toxic or on-again, off-again relationships, religious or cultural expectations, generational patterns, or intrusive thoughts they have never said out loud.

As a wife, mother, and clinician, I blend real-life experience with practical tools. My work is trauma-informed and relational, drawing from CBT, ACT, and attachment-based approaches. I frequently support clients around taboo or shame-filled topics: intrusive thoughts and OCD themes, relationship dysfunction, religious guilt, family pressure, and the overfunctioning that makes it hard to rest at night. I'm a culturally aware provider with experience across many backgrounds, including Hispanic, first-generation, and LGBTQ+ clients.

You do not have to filter yourself here. You do not have to manage the room. Just bring whatever you are carrying, and we will sort through it together at a pace that feels manageable.

Anna Pompan · Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Personal Trainer

Ditch the noise and finally feel good again.

I'm Anna, your certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer, here to help you ditch the noise and finally feel good again — for real this time. I strive to help people maximize their health through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits to achieve their greatest potential.

For most of my teen and early adult life, I struggled with anxiety, depression, digestive issues, and hormonal imbalances that left me feeling like a shell of myself. It started when I was just 10, and by 16 I was on five or six prescriptions at once while doctors played a game of “whack-a-mole” with my symptoms. Over the past decade I tried nearly every approach imaginable — medications, therapy, diets, cutting-edge treatments, top doctors — and was ultimately guided toward what actually works. I safely came off all medications, lost 40 pounds, and went from knowing nothing about proper nutrition and exercise to becoming a certified health coach and personal trainer.

I've built a stronger body, a more balanced mind, and a more energized, joyful life — and I believe every woman deserves to feel the same. My story is what drives me to help you rewrite yours.
